VIVO phone with fingerprint sensor on-screen
This prototype phone shown by the Chinese phone manufacturer Vivo has no official name, price or date of sale. But its virtual start button, which appears only when you need it and then gets out of the way, can be a harbinger of things to come. It is a feature that is rumored for both the iPhone X and the Samsung Galaxy S8, none of which had it. We cling to the hope that it finds its way into the next Samsung Galaxy S9.
Razer Mamba Hyperflux
Batteries are not included, or aren’t necessary, because Razer’s new wireless gaming mouse draws its power directly from its mousepad. The new Mamba is a few ounces lighter than its predecessors, but still has Chroma accent lights that you can control from your PC.
Sony took one of our favorite LCD TVs of 2017 and exceeded it. The monstrous 85-inch X900F sticks to the local dimming LED backlight of its predecessor and adds high dynamic range compatibility from Dolby Vision.

Each CES fair is witness to a competition over who presents the thinnest computer. This year, the prize for the thinnest laptop is for the Acer Swift 7 – which has a thickness of just 8.98mm.
Garmin Forerunner 645
Garmin could seriously challenge Apple with this wearable. The Forerunner music clock, with storage capacity for 500 songs, also supports GPS, Garmin Pay and has physical buttons instead of a touch screen, which may be preferable for those who are on the move.
